~ androgyny ~

i really, really like tailored suits for women, especially when they're quite androgynous.. these photos are from a shoot from marie claire. it's quite androgynous, yet it still holds an element of femininity.

final designs

i really want to get away from this style of geometric harsh lines for my final project. although i do sort of enjoy it.. i don't really love it that much. if i was to start again with this project i would certainly concentrate on the more fluid fresh side of ripples, rather than the geometric harsh side.

i saw this dress in a music video, and it really, really super influenced me! i wish i could just find out who made/designed it! gah!

playing~

playing with the placement of a design. instead of just using block colours i'm layering it on one of my earlier paintings, i really like the effect it gives. it's mixes harsh geometric shapes and soft dramatic brush strokes well!
