so I've decided I'm going to base my project on ripples, so I've been taking photos of ripples in water. I'd like to take photos of ripples in other things too.. like skin and fabric..!

I've been searching the internet for new inspiration recently.. and I found an artist on flickr, who makes some beautiful paintings, some amazing inspiration for my next project, which is no longer going to be about fruit! gah..sometimes I wish I could be a little less indecisive!

I'm quite pleased with how they've turned out! I'm gonna do a couple more for my design boards then put the design boards together on friday.. then hurrah! closure for this project!!! finally!

inspired by prada s/s 2011, I love these, finally hurray! something I like! yes. I think that I've really developed my ideas as far as they can go? I'm not sure.. maybe theres a little more I can do with stripes? yay stripes!

so I've been playing about with different shapes and colours within my repeated pattern.. I really like the triangles! they break the design up really well. the colours on the bottom pattern are better than some of the earlier designs because they're alot cooler and less intense! 

I was freaking out because I didn't think I was gonna get my two week extension, but I found out on friday that I got it, hurray! now hand-in is the 7th march. which means i no longer have to freak out! hurrayyy
